Job Description

The public sector client is looking to recruit a Service Transition Manager for a 6 month temporary contract, which enables you to work remotely, however you will be required to travel to Shanon Court in Liverpool as and when requested, therefore this assignment would suit someone who is local to the area.

About the Client: DBS are have undertaken a large-scale project to enact the above contract and service provision change, this was run as a large program and impacted across many areas including IT Service Management (ITSM). ITSM will change the way it operates including designing, building and then running a Service Integration and Management (SIaM) model, this will require some specialist skills in the short term to help us go through those phases and agree the enduring operating model to which permanent civil servants can then be appointed, the on-boarding process for those resources has already started but there is some shortfall which is driving this requirement for CCL resource on an interim basis.
I have an opportunity to re-engage a previous contractor who already has extensive knowledge and experience of both the DBS, the program, and ITSM. The individual was considered to be a high performer and trusted and valued member of the team and as such would deliver great value to the project.
