Job Description

The public sector client is looking to recruit a Service Practitioner for a 6 month temporary contract based in Leeds.

The successful practitioner, will be part of our health team. Our Live Services team manage more than 60 National Live Services, with responsibility for delivering and running them securely and to a high quality. We achieved 99.97% of system availability for our services throughout last year using industry leading Service Management techniques.

The role is part of a dedicated team within Service Management, responsible for the governance and management of service incidents for national IT services. The successful applicant will have experience in supplier management; they will require excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships.

The successful candidate will have a valid DBS or be willing to apply for one on CV submission or when a job offer has been made and accepted.

This assignment sits inside IR35.

Essential Skills & Experience

Key Tasks & Deliverables

You will:
• Be responsible for the governance as well as the operational support of major incident investigations
• Chair major incident meetings and post incident reviews
• Formulate and distributing communications in relation to major incidents across multiple mediums
• Be responsible for the creation and distribution of a number of operational reports
• Attend and contribute to supplier service reviews

Qualifications, Training & Certificates

• Work on a weekly alternating shift basis of 8am to 4pm and 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
