Job Description
The public sector client is looking to recruit a Senior Campaign Manager for a 6 month temporary contract, which will be based in Milton Keynes.
Please Note: This assignment sits inside IR35.

Essential Skills & Experience
• Demonstrable significant experience of successfully planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, including budget management.
• Successful proven experience of implementing communication methodology for diverse audiences and age groups.
• Detailed knowledge of level crossing, station, and rail safety related issues such as misuse and accidents that occur on the network.
• Proven successful track record in delivering campaign activity in high profile organisations with sensitive issues.
• Excellent communication including written and public speaking and influencing.
• Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Successful experience in management of external creative and media agencies.
Desirable criteria:
• Educated to degree level.
• Achieved marketing qualification.
The successful candidate will have a valid DBS or be willing to apply for one on CV submission or when a job offer has been made and accepted.
Key Tasks & Deliverables
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop and implement external safety communications plans and national campaigns targeting key issues such as level crossing and station safety. Including communications tools for local focussed outreach activity via our Level Crossing Managers, Community Safety Managers, and Station teams.
• Collaborate with other Network Rail safety campaigns and projects such as suicide prevention, trespass reduction and travel disruption.
• Build and manage productive relationships with industry partners, British Transport Police (BTP), Rail Delivery Group (RDG), Rail Safety & Standards Board (RSSB) Department for Transport (DFT) and other relevant third parties regarding our external public safety campaigns.
• Provide safety campaign support to the head of passenger and public safety and the level crossing and community safety teams, including through an annual forum, face to face communications and budget and campaign reporting.
• Build relationships and provide direction / influence to senior managers and external industry parties / funding organisations where appropriate to promote safe rail behaviour messages and further dissemination to key audiences
• Monitor all branding and messaging used on public safety campaigns to ensure they are compliant with Network Rail’s corporate policy on branding, visual identity and tone of voice.
