The public sector client is looking to recruit a Request Fulfilment Analyst for a 6 month temporary contract which enables you to work remotely, however the client is based in Manchester.

The role is to progress IT orders for laptops/desktops and mobile devices. The resource will be required to raise POs, have good product knowledge and advice customers on equipment offerings.

• Ensure IT hardware requests are progressed within agreed time scales set out by the service operating level agreement.
• Document all processes and steps taken to ensure knowledge data base is up-to date.
• Develop, schedule and implement training.
• Provide technical support based on problem tickets raised.
• Perform routine housekeeping and vulnerability patching.
• Produce status report and MI where required.
• Install bespoke applications.
• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain systems security in accordance with security policies and legislation.
