The public sector client is looking to recruit a Recruitment Specialist for a 108 day temporary contract which will be home based. The client is based in Shrivenham. The IT equipment will need to be picked up from Shrivenham, and there will be some rare travel to other MOD locations throughout the duration of the contract.

The successful Recruitment Specialist will have a valid SC Clearance. Please Note: This assignment sits inside of IR35.

• Knowledge and experience of different areas of recruitment, ideally civil service recruitment
• Able to learn new systems quickly
• Working knowledge of Field-glass would be helpful

Ensure that all best practises are shared across the board demonstrating the most effective way of using this information.

Assisting departments obtain, retain and develop competent, well-qualified professional staff.

To promote and facilitate cross-fertilisation among related groups.

Developing and run interview training for mainstream recruitment, maintaining the annual requirements.

To chair interviews and ensure consistency between panels, preparing board reports, and giving feedback to interviewers if necessary.
