Job Description
The public sector client is looking to recruit a Principle Architect for a 6 month temporary contract, which will enable you toward remotely.
The successful candidate will have a valid DBS or be willing to apply for one on CV submission or when a job offer has been made and accepted.
Please Note: This assignment sits inside IR35.

Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirement:
• Broad architecture domain experience over 5+ years.

o Technology/Infrastructure (Cloud and Networking)
o Security
• Demonstrable Leadership and governance operating in an agile multi-team environment.
• Supply Chain at scale experience is preferable.
• Roadmap creation, communication, and management
• Operating in with Agile delivery models, across multiple teams and vendors.
Key Tasks & Deliverables
Delivery of solutions with both COTS and bespoke components
• Confident in operating at the CIO/CTO level of an organisations.
• Strong relationship management: excellent communication and influencing skills – verbal and written – with the ability to liaise at all levels.
• Balance of both technical awareness and business acumen.
• Ability to manage in an ambiguous environment, clarifying strategies and plans, giving a sense of direction and purpose for self and team.
• Ability to drive change and overcome obstacles and resistance.
• Constructive and collaborative but with the ability to step in and take decisions in a timely manner to move the team forward.
Excellent people management skills, able to engage and lead
