The Oracle Test Analyst will design tests based up on a set of predefined requirements and defined ‘to be’ business and system processes taking into consideration any relevant predefined business scenarios. The Test analyst will identity inconsistencies and gaps within these artefacts, recommending corrective changes and additions. They will design and develop tests that can be executed during one or more of the following test stages: Functional testing, SIT, UAT.

The Test Analyst will be responsible for design tests (ready for later test automation), preparing test environments and test data, performing test execution (static and dynamic) and managing defects through to resolution.

The Test Analyst will support the VVTE manager in the production of daily status reports, end of test stage reports and test run reports and contribute to definition of entry and exit acceptance criteria

Mandatory • Oracle Fusion ERP (3 years plus)
• Solid test analyst skills preferably (with ISEB / ISTQB qualifications)
• Test Script writing experience with exposure to BDD (Behaviour Driven Development)
• Strong functional skills with over 3 years’ experience working with Oracle ERP
• Proven functional testing expertise with several of the following Oracle modules:
o General Ledger
o Payables and Tax
o Receivables & Advanced Collections
o Payments
o Cash Management
o Expenses
o Inventory
o Procurement
o Project Billing
o Project Costing
o PaaS (custom) solutions
• Demonstrable knowledge of modern test standards and best practices
• Quality focus, driven to deliver a working product
• Evidenced ability to deliver high quality and accurate deliverables and testing collateral
• Experience of using Jira with X-ray test management plug in (or equivalent)
