The public sector client is looking to recruit a Digital Developer Senior for a 6 month temporary contract based, which allows you to work partly remotely, however, the client is based in Coventry and you will need to be office based for part of the week. (You will realistically be required to work a minimum of 3 days onsite to cover us in the case that ministerial direction changes). The successful candidate will have a valid DBS. Please Note: This assignment sits inside IR35.

• Must have experience of working on minimum PARIS release of the ServiceNow platform
• must be able to work in a multidisciplinary agile team
• must be able to lead coach and develop junior developers
• will be required to upskill existing team
• will be required to document knowledge as per teams current and evolving processes
• must have experience of working using agile methodology (includes agile ceremonies/SCRUM method)
• must understand ITIL processes and lead a team to use out of the box functionality based on business needs and providing business value at the same time
• will be lead and managing a team of junior developers and an apprentice

Minimum Requirement:
1) SERVICE NOW ESSENTIAL
2) MUST BE HANDS ON DEVELOPER
3) Senior developer – leading teams

• Eight years plus experience as a as a technical developer for the ServiceNow toolset
• must have experience of developing and delivering the core ITSM and ITBM product lines within ServiceNow
• Desirable to have experience in technical development of the wider ServiceNow platform
