Job Description
The public sector client is looking to recruit a Digital Design Officer for a 6 month temporary contract, which is home-based. The successful candidate will have the relevant skills and experience specified below. Please Note: This assignment sits inside of IR35. The successful candidate will have a valid DBS.
Essential Skills & Experience
1. Digital change experience;
2. Strong knowledge of a wide range of digital delivery approaches, technology, and tools including salesforce.
3. Communication of complex problems and user requirements to digital peers
Key Tasks & Deliverables
Support development of digital journey for ASC settings including improvements to the digital journey for existing ASC settings aswell as putting place digital requirements for new use cases. Liaising with the client and salesforce teams and use case leads to identify digital requirements. Supporting digital journey enhancements to self report registration process and bulk registration upload process.
