The public sector client is looking to recruit a Chartered Surveyor for a 10 month temporary contract based in Peterborough. The assignment enables you to work partially remotely and partly at the office for a period of 1-2 days per week.

The role is base din East Anglia and whilst the office is based in Peterborough consideration will be given to working from other locations within the Area.

The successful candidate will have a valid DBS or be willing to apply for one, if a job offer is made by the client.

Dealing with a large individual case load, including providing expert witness evidence and delivering quality work to deadlines. A varied role encompassing rural estate management advise as well as valuation and compensation. Recording time spent on cases for charging purposes and delivering value for money.

Providing technical advice and guidance to clients in related areas of work including estate management, compulsory purchase and access and rights over land.

Graduate surveyor, Part qualified or AssocRICS will be considered.
