The public sector client is looking to recruit a HR business focused Business Analyst, for a temporary contract, for the duration of 130 days. Please note: This assignment sits inside IR35. The successful Business Analyst will have a valid DBS.

Proven experience in organisational mapping and role profiling

Experience in establishing and agreement development plans to support a growing organisational structure

Knowledge of industry standards for Cyber and Infosec security

Stakeholder Management

Identification of risks and mitigation recommendation

Desirable:

Experience of working within an aggressive and complex project structure

You will be required to evaluate and establish gaps in the current and proposed operational model. You will review current roles against proposed structure and industry standards. You will complete gap analysis to identity roles and responsibilities to support the proposed Target Operational Model.

You will analyse current teams providing CIS services: You will define each role within the new structure and create development plans to support the immediate and future needs of the division.

You will investigate gaps in current and future team structure and make recommendations: You will map process flows across business and services and make recommendations for where efficiencies can be made. You will evaluate and establish industry standards using relevant gap analysis techniques. You will provide recommendations to solutions. You will provide progress updates against agreed roadmaps. Benefits realisation and mapping against project deliverables. You will be required to hold workshops and engage key SME to support mutually beneficial collaboration across CIS and the wider directorate. You will maintain accurate records of the roles and development planning.
