The public sector client is looking to recruit a Building Surveyor for a short term temporary contract, which will run up unit the end of the financial year (March 2022). The assignment is based in Reading, however, in the first instance the client has confirmed you can work remotely.

Minimum Requirements: 
• Excellent knowledge of construction economics and the technical aspects of building surveying
• Planning, organisational and analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of building services
• Residential refurbishment experience
• Experience with slightly older houses,heating, insulating
• Able to write relevant specifications, tenders for works, manage works onsite, good understanding of H&S

Minimum Requirements: 
• Qualified building surveyor (MRICS)

The successful candidate will have a valid DBS or be willing to apply for one on CV submission or when a job offer has been made and accepted. This assignment sits inside IR35.
