Job Description

The public sector client is looking to recruit a Benefits Manager for a short term contract of 5 months, to work in London. The successful Benefits Manager will have a valid SC Clearance to undertake this assignment. Please Note: This assignment sits inside of IR35.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining benefits programs, policies, and procedures. You will ensures the programs meets the employees needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience of identification and mapping of dependencies

Key Tasks & Deliverables

Minimum Requirement:
• Production of high quality Benefits Management products, including benefits maps, Benefits Management Strategies, Benefits Realisation Plans, Benefits & Operating Cost Profiles and Benefits Realisation Reports
• Production of financial business models that model non financial assumptions into financial outcomes
