Job Description
The public sector client is looking to recruit a number of Digital Security Specialists to work on a 9 month temporary contract, which, is based in Leeds. The successful candidate/s will ideally have a valid SC Clearance, or be willing to have one sponsored by the client. If you do not possess the higher level of security clearance requested, then you must be willing to apply for a DBS, in the first instance and therefore you must be eligible to have this done.
About the Rates of Pay: Please note: The higher pay rate advertised in our job advert/s will always be the highest Ltd or Umbrella Company pay rate that the client is willing to pay up to and the lower pay rate advertised in our job advert/s will always be the highest PAYE pay rate, that the client is willing to pay up to, unless otherwise specified. If the PAYE rate is not indicated in the job advert then please contact us for confirmation of the PAYE daily pay rate.
Essential Skills & Experience
You’ll have:
• A deep understanding of cloud technologies and risk assessment.
• Experience with AWS (preferred)
• Significant experience in a similar role.
Key Tasks & Deliverables
Minimum Requirement:
As Digital Security Specialist, you will:
• Be responsible for evaluating cyber security risk.
• Document risk and mitigations.
• Document acceptance of risk.
Qualifications, Training & Certificates
• CISSP certification.
• A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
• Current SC Clearance (desirable) or able to pass SC Clearance checks.
