Job Description
The public sector client is looking to recruit 3 UAT Co-ordinator/s to work on a short term temporary contract of 3 months, which may extend thereafter. This assignment enables the successful candidates to work remotely, with occasional visits to the Milton Keynes, office. The successful UAT Co-ordinator/s must have a valid SC Clearance. This assignment sits Outside of IR35.
Essential Skills & Experience
Mandatory:
• Jira
• ISTQB foundation exposure
• The ability to chair, own, and steer critical development meetings to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
• Good working knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Ability to manage repeatable standard processes along with an ability to find, own and resolve ad-hoc issues.
• Requirements analysis and management
• Good practical knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to support User Testing and mentor business representatives
• Ability to identify risks, issues and constraints at a test and project level and to implement associated mitigating actions in order to de-risk
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with a diverse range of people
• Ability to ensure information is communicated throughout the programme
• High level understanding of HMG Security Requirements

Key Tasks & Deliverables
Job Purpose:
Responsible for the coordination of testing activities with the business
Act as a single point of contact regarding arrangements and problems for the business for UAT queries
Ensure adherence to prescribed test schedules and test scenarios
Communication of testing progress with UAT Manager and VVTE Delivery Manager
Communication and ownership of UAT related risks and issues with the project team to ensure resolution
Implement mitigating actions, identified by the project teams, for UAT risks and issues in order to de-risk
